A successful business owner, entrepreneur and former multi-unit owner/operator of two popular national franchise restaurant and bar concepts, Rick has spent the past several years honing his skills as a commercial real estate professional. During this time, he has represented a wide array of clients and become a consistent multi-million dollar producer. His background makes him uniquely qualified to understanding the needs of business owners, prospective buyers and tenants and has successfully negotiated numerous transactions on behalf of his clients.
A graduate of Wake Forest University, Rick is a member of the local, state and national Board of Realtors and a former member of the Gainesville Downtown Redevelopment Advisory Board, Downtown Public Safety Task Force and the Hospitality Resource Network. Rick and his wife, Sarah, are involved in numerous local civic and charitable organizations and have two sons, Clay and Nicholas.
